one spot left for march 2020 / Get in touch now →
After we chat on the phone about your project and goals, we’ll send over a proposal outlining everything you need to know about the project alongside a contract and invoice. Once you sign the contract and pay the project deposit to save your spot, we are good to go and will kick off our project together on the agreed upon date.
We are, at our core, a brand strategy and design studio. Therefore, our process and the planning + strategy that informs our designs is a crucial part of the process. Because of this, we do not work with any existing brand identities or logos and start all projects with a brand strategy + design in-house before moving onto on any collateral pieces or websites.
Absolutely! We understand that brand and web design is a sizeable (and worthwhile!) investment. After your 40% project deposit is paid, the remainder will be split up into six monthly installments to make the investment a bit easier for you.
We are equally proficient in Webflow, Squarespace, Wordpress, Shopify, and custom Bootstrap sites. As there are pros and cons to each platform, we'll chat with you and help you decide on a solution that best fits your business needs and goals.
Branding projects typically take 5-7 weeks to complete and web projects typically take 6-8. We’ll send over a project timeline within the proposal so you know when we’ll be all wrapped up. Please get in touch as soon as possible to lock in your project as spots are frequently booked out a few months in advance.
We’ll be using a project management tool called Asana to keep track of all files, due dates, and conversations throughout the duration of our project (don’t worry, it’s super intuitive!) This tool takes little to no “learning” to get set up in and gives you a bird’s eye view of the entire project, keeping things crystal clear—no more long email chains to sort through!
You'll be provided full ownership of the designs produced at no extra cost. We include all of our native Adobe design files in your final packaged files. The file formats you’ll get for each deliverable will be listed in your proposal for full clarity.
