Are you looking to kick back and relax while passive income rolls in? It's time to consider selling your digital products on Shopify. Whether you're moving your store over from Etsy or starting from scratch, we have a few key steps that you won't want to forget when starting your digital download empire.
Below are the steps you'll need to take in order to get your digital shop up and running:
The first thing you'll want to do after finishing your product is figure out where to host it. Depending on what your product is/its file type, it can be hosted on any number of services—such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Kajabi, you name it!

The next order of business is to sign up for a Shopify plan so that you can get working on your store. Shopify doesn't natively allow for digital products to be sold, meaning that you'll need to use an app in order to do so.
Once you've installed a digital downloads app onto your store, follow its specific instructions to upload and set up your products' settings.
So now that your store + digital products are all set up, what's next? It's time to get promoting!
